Colonial Museum:

Thank you to everyone who was able to visit our museum Wednesday.  I was very proud of the students, and I know they were proud to show you their projects and recite their speeches.  Check out the links below to see an album of all the pictures I took and a few short videos from the day.

5th Grade Updates

Conference Week:

Parent Teacher Conferences are scheduled for Feb. 26-28th.  Look for your child's conference time to be coming home in this week's Friday Folder.  I look forward to visiting with everyone and sharing your child's progress soon.

Colonial Live Museum:

Students are finishing their Colonial writing and will be working on a Colonial Job project at school.  If your child could bring a Trifold Poster to school for this project, that would be helpful.  We will having our Colonial Live Museum on Wednesday, February 13th.  Parents are invited to attend between 12-12:30.  More detailed info coming soon!

BizTown- Rescheduled!!

MARK YOUR CALENDARS! Our trip has been rescheduled for Wednesday, April 24th. We shouldn't have to worry about a snow day this time around! If you were a parent volunteer, more info coming soon.

Upcoming Dates:

• Don't forget Book Projects are due on Friday, February 8th.
• Colonial Live Museum: Wednesday, February 13th from 12-12:30
• Our Valentine's Party will be Thursday, February 14th from 1:45-2:30.  Your child is welcome (but not required) to make a Valentine's Box and bring Valentine's cards to pass out at school.  We will be passing out Valentine's cards on Valentine's Day in the morning, before our party.  I will send home a class list for valentines this week. Check your email for info about signing up to help/bring supplies soon!
